I want to start with I am not one to normal complain but today was very disappointing.
My sister bought us a Rasul voucher for my 30th and finally got round to going today. Overall the mud treatment and spa room was lovely. Left our skin feeling and smelling amazing. But other than that we are very disappointed with today and couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
We went into the pool area and there was no where for us to sit down and the jacuzzi and hydro spa water was nothing short of filthy. We then left and got changed as we couldn’t relax in there and asked if we could have our afternoon tea early. When asked we was met with an eye roll and an abrupt ‘sit in the bar and we have it set up soon’. Whilst sat there we could hear 3 staff members behind the bar slandering their colleagues. At this point we were the only 2 people sat in the bar / restaurant. After 45 minutes we asked if we could be seated for food as we had been told it wouldn’t be long, and again with a huff was told we are booked in for 4pm. After stating we were told we could have it early, we were finally taken to our table.
As far as gluten free options go it wasn’t too bad, but my sisters food had a hair in it and put us off. When we told the server he just said ‘oh sorry’ and silence. After a few awkward seconds asked if we wanted anything else. We said no and left immediately. I have worked in hospitality before and would have been mortified if someone complained.
Every encounter we had with the staff today has made us feel like we are bothering then. I don’t know if it is because everyone was having an off day or because we had a voucher. But we couldn’t wait to get from there.
The best part about today is the few hours I got to spend with my sister and the view.

Booked table of 4 for 6pm, we arrived 5.50. Got taken to our table at 6.15. Even though the place was quiet. Very slow service. Young lad serving us done his best, but just seemed like a lack of organisation. Food was tasty but luke warm. …

Booked for a festive menu meal for 6pm. Arrived at 5.50pm, shown to our table at 6.15pm, they were relatively quiet too.
Service was very slow, took 2 and a half hours from start to finish for a 3 course meal and 2 drinks each (4 of us). Meals were really tasty, albeit luke-warm. 2 People on surrounding tables complained about their meals. Randomly 2 of us had 2 peas on our plate, no peas on the menu at all. made us chuckle. The young waiter was doing his best, with a smile on his face, and nothing was too much trouble. Just seemed so much lack of organisation. A lady employee actually said to me "sit down while I find the festive menu's because someone has thrown them away"
Had to ask for the bill 3 times, then ended up going to the counter to pay. Don't know how they'd manage if the place was full to capacity.
Like I said the meal was tasty, but £171.00 for 4 of us for a festive meal seems rather steep when the finer details lacked so much.

Spent one night here as I was attending an event in the area. Good location although the roundabout exit could be a little tricky depending on what day of the week and what time .
The service and breakfast were ok. Rooms were also a typically decent standard expected from Premier Inn. There was also ample parking howbeit shared with a pub.
Slight suggestion for improvement would be to add extra pillows in the rooms. Other than that, can't really complain about the experience

Had a Christmas works do here last night. A 3 course Christmas meal which wasn't the best and only 2 choices. The 1st course was fine and as was the dessert but the main turkey dinner was just okay. The roast potatoes were not the best. In fact I thought they were boiled they were tasteless and weren't cooked thoroughly enough. As for the service it seemed as no one knew what they were doing. I felt so sorry for the waiters and waitresses they were only youngster. They didn't have a clue who wanted what and where to go next. The person in charge came to our table and said 'who wants soup on here?' she was so unprofessionals. Bryn Meadows should think about taking pre booking orders so at least they will have an idea who wants what on each table. Having said this the D J was good and played some good dance tunes.

It's a really scenic place great for weddings or parties. Nice golf course, but definitely some steep climbs. It's a really welcoming location, nice and polite staff the type of people where its not a problem for them. The only thing I would say is a negative is the meeting toom I've been to the carpet almost felt like a typical nightclub a bit sticky didn't really match the rest of the place!
