Mystic Grotto is a whimsical wonderland for young and old alike. The fairy houses and charming decorations throughout the forest ignite the imagination. It's a delightful spot for families to explore and create magical memories.

Come here for football training on the Astro turf 3G. It’s pretty run down to be honest. Goals got holes in, the surface is like sandpaper, if you fall it can lead to discomfort. Don’t even get me started on the lines on the pitch, they are a shambles! I’ve got a bit of a wonky eye however I can tell they aren’t straight!

Good pitch in a great environment. It was all fun. Adequate parking area and quite easy to locate.

Unfortunately it was fr the booster jab. Staff directing people were great but ghd building was old and not very clean. Staff were great as we always seem to see with the NHS.

Went here for my Covid booster vaccine. Very well run. Easily accessible by public transport. Can catch a number of buses from Blackwood bus interchange including the 151 which stop just outside the old council offices then it a short walk up the hill and the leisure centre is on the first right. The site is run down as it the old iswlyn high school but can't let that rule the positives of the main reason of the visit here today.

Terrible long ramp to climb as I couldn't do steps. Young lad offered to get wheelchair but unable to wheel myself around. Awful long time standing walking around to get to injection table.Nice to have place so near home but difficult when on your own otherwise.

Covid Jab My wife went for her 3rd covid jab being on the vulnerable list, I had to watch my young children in the car as she went for her vaccination. Upon arrival a young lady asked if the receiver of the jab had any disabilitys to witch we replied my wife has sever sight impairment, we were told someone would escort her inside. She was greeted at the bottom of a very large set of steep steps by a young man who offered no support and pointed in the direction of said steps, she explained she had difficulty seeing but offered no additional support. This caused a grate deal of stress for my wife as having never been to this venue was disoriented. She then exited form another door to witch she had no idea where she was and was lost wandering around a car park full of cars trying to get to a football game, This site needs to address the accessibility and clear instructions for the disabled and also train the staff to accommodate people with sight impairment An overall below standard and disappointing of behaviour by staff who were rude.

Went for covid jab. Run well. Limited parking but organised well some in some out no problem really. Lots of steps but there is a ramp. Nothing to complain about. Well done to all the staff so nice.
