Hard to give a rating on their work buth their customer service was non existent. Rang and left a message for them to quote for work on 2 separate occasions and got no response to either. Clearly doesn't need the work. Lucky man

Blackwood Aerials human came out this morning, and expertly installed a new TV as mine had stopped working. Kind to the doggo and didn't make me feel stupid for not being able to do the installation myself. 10/10 service, they're now my go to for TV needs.

Kevin called when he said and worked out the problem with the freeview reception. Resolved problem quickly and efficiently. Now perfect reception. Kevin was extremely friendly and personable. Recommend him to anyone.

Great job done, fully installed our new TV and Bluray and made sure all working with Sky and Freeview before leaving. Good price too.

Kevin the engineer checked out the problem I mentioned to him. Sorted that out went on to secure the outside aerial cable back to the house. Then he replaced an aerial point. All that took him under 40 minutes and he charged me accordingly. A professional guy cheers Blackwood Aerials.

Didn't give a receipt....... didnt give a new LMB on my dish like I asked ! . He got one off an old customer that had been upgraded out of the van . He's told us that .... within 1 year the sky dish dont work again. So job not done properly. And when he came into the property..... was just going from setting to setting not changing anything as I was watching . Just killing time. And didn't have to do anything as far as the settings go . He was just stalling time.......RIDICULOUS ! ......... IWOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I had to call Kevin to my elderly mothers home as TV wouldn't work. Brilliant service, very honest and trustworthy. Simple repair and a very very fair price. Attended within 20 minutes of calling.Thank you for helping an 88 yr old lady in a respectful manner. Highly recommended.

Kevin visited us today to look at the TV which wasn't working. He quickly sorted out the problem and everything is working fine now. Reasonably priced too.
