Can someone please return my calls? I got told by Daryl to get my Ford kuga booked into a garage in my area for repairs and you guys would pay for it. However when it came to paying I tried to ring you guys but no answer, so I had to pay for it. I have now been trying to ring for the past week and had no answer from the phone. Can someone please contact me? I’ve also tried emailing you guys for a response. Couldn’t recommend Daryl enough!! This is the 2nd time now I have had a car from himself and both times I have been very pleased . Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! Seen the car I wanted, had 1 call regarding the vehicle and price and came to an outstanding deal. Really easy and smooth collections day of the vehicle, all information regarding the vehicle was there as well as the simple switch over of owenerhsip. It felt a very honest sale when there as well as no hidden cost or anything, which shows that they are doing it right! Customer service is clearly priority because it showed all throughout the process. After sales have been amazing also, had 3 very minor problems with the vehicle and FairPlay to them they have fixed those problems no questions asked and even supplied a courtesy car also. Gone above and beyond even working with my local garage as I live some distance away. I can not fault the company at all in any way and will always recommend. It was a real pleasure from start to finish dealing with Daryl for the purchase of a Renault Scenic. He was a truly genuine, friendly and helpful man and did exactly as he promised. He welcomed the AA inspection which was very positive. In addition to an MOT and a service he agreed to sort the issues I raised. The car was delivered to the South Coast of England on the agreed date and so far has proven to be a good buy. Despite the distance from where we live would definitely use this company again.

Great experience dealing with this dealership, all the staff are all happy to help. The car was delivered directly to myself, which I found extremely helpful. Bought a car from these guys, needed brakes, they booked it in 24hours later these was done. John ensured Courtesy car was given. I initially dealt with Darryl, whom told me the car was having a full service & valet. The vallet I had to redo, as there was a horrid smell of dog left in the car, and I had to take it to a car wash, as was still dirty on the outside. The only let down with the car was the fact the interior of the car looks like chubacca has been left to go wild inside, with scratches and scag marks which was not advertised. But this I can replace overtime. If you're looking to buy from here the only thing I can say is be prepared to put fuel in, as both my car I bought, and the courtesy car was given with 0 miles in the tank. But overall 10-10 for customer relation skills. I will use again in the future.

Excellent service! After paying for the car, it was delivered "free of charge". The car drives very well considering the age and has low mileage. We noticed the clutch slipping, which we mentioned when collecting head rests. They had no problem in taking the car to the garage for us and replacing the clutch completely "free" of charge! I cannot rate this company enough, communication is great and I will be returning when looking for a new car in the future! Thank you so much PW Trading sales!
